We have been so lucky with our neighbours Bob and Deryn were quiet and respectful people who we will miss very much after so many years.

I first worked with Bob when we were fellow partners at Fraser Russell when he set up the franchising unit in Central London. Attending McDonald's training centre and various conferences with Bob, his enthusiasm and drive came across so well. He had a charming personality and was very engaging so with a disarming smile and resilience he achieved what he set out to. I enjoyed working with Bob in his team. I have fond memories of Bob and send my thoughts to his family and friends at this sad time. Kevin
